A lot has happened on our site since the last update.

At the end of 2024, the area was filled with around 80 cubic meters of sand – a necessary step to achieve the desired height level. The entrance area has now been plastered and is ready for the final coat of paint – a first impression that is already creating an inviting atmosphere.

Important measures have also been implemented in terms of safety and comfort: We have installed secure windows with grilles and 6 mm thick glass in the kitchen areas, washrooms and offices. These ensure good ventilation and at the same time provide reliable protection against unauthorized access.

We made significant progress in the first quarter of 2025. The first two construction phases are now around 90% complete.

The windows for three classrooms and the offices were installed in January – an important contribution to a pleasant and conducive learning environment.

In addition, two of the total of eight planned washrooms – one for girls and one for boys – are fully equipped and already in operation. The individual chambers of the sewage treatment plant were also closed and securely sealed.

The doors for the kitchen, canteen and the already completed washrooms were then installed.

The next major step followed at the beginning of February: the installation of the electrics. In the first construction phase, fans and all the interior lighting were installed. In addition, new exterior spotlights now ensure that the area is well lit even in the dark.

In March, large parts of the interior were tiled – including the kitchen, dining room, office areas and all corridors. This work has already made a noticeable difference to the overall appearance: The rooms now look much brighter, more modern and friendlier.

Significant progress has also been made in the interior fit-out of the second construction phase. The laying of all pipes and cable ducts for the electrical installation has been completed. The floor has already been covered with a smooth screed – the ideal basis for the PVC flooring planned for later.

Another milestone: a new, sturdy entrance gate has been installed at the main entrance. It replaces the previous temporary aluminum walls and contributes to both the security and professional appearance of the campus.

The doors for all classrooms have already been delivered and are about to be installed – as are the room dividers that will divide the classrooms in the second block in future. All rooms should be painted and fully prepared by our upcoming 10th anniversary celebrations at the end of July.

We are making great strides towards our goal – and can proudly say that the entire building is already 70% complete.
